MajMal has been the most positive communicator in Turbine. Never lost his temper no matter what the players threw at him until that last unfortunate blowup on the vault regarding his random picking of total numbers playing the game being cited as canon and getting reprimanded by turbine as a result. Wow, so many swear words from a turbine employee! He actually seems to care for the game and makes an effort to communicate with the players on both the ddoforum and the vault which has rarely been the case in the past. He also comes from QA so is very aware of the problems the game has. Cue the dramatic DOOOOOOOOOOM music!
